Superestate

A new superannuation fund that seeks to invest a significant amount of its members funds in residential property - called Superestate - has launched.

"We're making residential property accessible to all Australians, if you have super, you can now become a property investor," Superestate founder and CEO Grant Brits said.

When members join the fund they choose whether they want to invest 25 per cent or 50 per cent of their fund in residential property. The remainder of their superannuation balance is invested in a diversified portfolio of shares, infrastructure, fixed income and cash.
