FirstWrap Separately Managed Accounts

Colonial First State (CFS) has added Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs) to its FirstWrap platform.

Investors in FirstWrap will now be able to access the CFSGAM Top 20 Index Portfolio, the CFSGAM Concentrated Share Portfolio (a high conviction growth portfolio), and the CFSGAM Ex-20 Australian Share Portfolio (which invests in S&P/ASX 300 stocks).

The SMAs provide advisers and clients with direct access to the share market, while retaining the active stock selection and risk management benefits of a professional investment manager, CFSGAM head of business development Australia and New Zealand, Harry Moore said.

The FirstWrap SMAs have no brokerage fees for direct equities SMA portfolios.
