Yarra promotes portfolio manager

Yarra Capital Management has promoted the firm's deputy portfolio manager for Australian smaller companies equity, Michael Steele, to co-portfolio manager with Katie Hudson.

Steele joined Yarra in 2017 from Goldman Sachs where he was an equity analyst and executive director specialising in retail, gaming, media, agriculture, and telecommunications. He also has experience covering the ag sector both with Goldman Sachs and in his previous position as an analyst with CowBank.
