Wingate pulls director of investor services from NAB

Wingate has appointed Jie Wu as director of investor services. He joins the organisation from NAB Private Bank where he held a similar role for the last five years, supporting the local Asian community.

Prior to joining NAB, Wu spent 12 hears in a similar capacity with Westpac, Citibank, and CBA.

"Jie brings a wealth of experience and exposure from the private investment market," said Adrian Ting, head of Wingate's Asia desk.

"His deep industry experience, combined with his outstanding brand and networks mean he is a valued member of the Wingate Asia Desk."

Wingate is a Melbourne-based private investment and finance house, owned by its principals and a group of private and institutional investors. They have, to date, invested more than $5 billion across its asset management, financing, and investment activities.

"Our focus will be on providing access to Wingate's highly regarded short and medium term private debt investments, which we are seeing continued appetite for from both private and institutional co-investors," said Ting.
