VicSuper Director departs board

Stan Odachowski has stepped down as a director of the VicSuper board, and chair of the investment committee, after five years of service.

His successor on the board, effective March 2016, is Merran Kelsall. Kelsall is also the new chair of the investment committee, effective June 2016.

VicSuper chair Bruce Hartnett said: "We are thrilled to welcome Merran to the board; she brings with her a wealth of experience having served on numerous boards in both the private and public sectors. I'd also like to thank Stan for his time on the VicSuper board and wish him well for his future endeavours."
