UniSuper, the $60 billion superannuation fund for employees of Australia's higher education and research sector, has announced the appointment of Matthew Spence as a senior analyst - infrastructure, effective December 2017.

At UniSuper he will be joined by fellow new hire and former BAML colleague, Andrew Hill, who has been appointed as a senior analyst - financials, effective January 2018.

Commenting on both appointments, UniSuper's CIO, John Pearce, said: "I'm delighted with the calibre of analyst we've been able to attract. We have managed to build a team based and competitive culture that is delivering excellent returns for our members, and I expect that Matt and Andrew will prove to be valuable additions."
