UniSuper appoints Manager, Equities

UniSuper has confirmed to Industry Moves the appointment of Paul Phillips as the $80 billion fund's new manager, equities, effective June 2019.

In this role, reporting to head of equities Simon Hudson, Phillips is responsible for investment analysis particularly focusing on the global resources and energy sectors, the fund said.

Before joining UniSuper, Phillips was a senior equities analyst at Janus Henderson Investors and previously held the same role at Perennial Investment Partners.
