Two First State Super board members are set to retire. Ralph Kelly and Bob Lipscombe each served nine years and are retiring by rotation.
John Dixon and Philip Moffitt have been appointed as replacements.
Kelly first joined the First State Super board in 2011. He's been the chair of the NSW Government's Office of State Revenue audit and risk committee, a director with Sydney Water, and a director with Westpac's institutional bank.
During his time with First State Super, Kelly chaired the risk committee and Health Super Investments Pty Lts, and held seats on the audit, risk and compliance and investment committees.
