General Counsel appointed to new trustee business

In an announcement regarding the formation of a new trustee business, likely to be named Trustee Partners, Fiona Borrelli has been announced as the new general counsel for the firm.

Borrelli is an experienced commercial lawyer practising in financial services and corporate law. Prior to her role with 'Trustee Partners', she was the general counsel of ethical superannuation fund Good Super, and was previously a senior associate at Allens. She is currently a director of Robogals Limited.

Borrelli forms part of a newly formed team consisting of co-founder, and technology entrepreneur, Phillip Kingston, former Deloitte Consulting partner Stephen Huppert, Patrick Liddy, former global head of sales, marketing and strategy at National Australia Bank Custodial Services, John Atabak, former CEO of AdminPartners, and Christina Liosis, former CFO at Telstra Super and FNZ Australia.

Editor's note: The appointment date of February 2015 is the date that Borrelli joined Good Super.
