Tribeca names new Compliance Manager

Tribeca Investment Partners has announced the appointment of Ken Liu as the firm's new compliance manager, effective 2 September 2019.

Liu previously spent five years as head of compliance and company secretary at APP Securities, the stockbroking subsidiary of diversified financial services and investment firm AIMS Financial Group. He will succeed Diana Shang-Knudsen who is leaving Tribeca after four and a half years.

Commenting on his appointment, Tribeca CEO and managing director, David Aylward, said: "Tribeca continues to invest significantly in maintaining a robust compliance and control environment in keeping with the expectations of our [clients. We expect] to quickly benefit from Ken's extensive, specialist experience in the field".

Tribeca has also announced the appointment of Angus Wright as a senior investment analyst within the firm's Australian equities investment team.
