Tribeca founder takes board role with Tribeca Global Natural Resources

Tribeca founder and CEO David Aylward has replaced Craig Evans' spot as executive director on the Tribeca Global Natural Resources Limited (TGF) board, according to an announcement from the company.

Evans has also left Tribeca Investment Partners where he was a co-portfolio manager for the global natural resources fund.

Aylward is presently responsible for the day-to-day leadership and strategic direction for the broader Tribeca firm. He has more than 30 years of investment experience, including long-only, resources sector, and alternative investment strategies.

TGF chair, Bruce Loveday, welcomed Aylward to the board. "We are delighted to welcome David Aylward to the TGF Board. His extensive experience in portfolio management and experience over multiple investment cycles will offer unique perspectives and to our Board. As the Company continues to create value for shareholders in pursuit of its investment strategy his insight and expertise will be sought after and appreciated."
