Total Financial Solutions has announced the departure of Marcelo Fernandez from the role of chief executive officer.
Fernandez stepped into the role in January 2015 and was previously the firm's chief financial officer and deputy CEO.
A spokesperson for the firm cited lifestyle and family reasons for his departure.
He is succeeded by Andrew Kennedy, who will act in the role until a permanent replacement is made.
