Tindall joins Stockland board

Fresh off his retirement from executive life, former AMP Capital chief Adam Tindall has joined the Stockland board.

"I'm delighted to welcome Adam to the Stockland Board," said Stockland chair Tom Pockett. "Adam has over 30 years' experience in investment management, capital partnerships and real estate and his appointment reflects our ongoing Board succession program which focuses on complementing and strengthening the Board's experience and expertise."

Tindall was chief executive at AMP Capital from 2015-2020. He announced his retirement last June when Boe Pahari was announced as his replacement.

AMP Capital recently announced that Shawn Johnson will take over the organisation as it plans to decouple from AMP Limited.

Before becoming chief executive, Tindall held several roles at AMP Capital including chief investment officer for property. He also held senior leadership roles with Macquarie Capital and Lendlease. His appointment to the board will need to be approved by securityholders at Stockland's 2021 AGM.
