Suncorp names CEO - Strategic Innovation

Suncorp has announced the appointment of Pip Marlow to the newly-created position of chief executive officer - strategic innovation, effective March 2017.

Marlow will join from Microsoft Australia, where she is currently the managing director.

In her new role with Suncorp, Marlow will be responsible for the firm's strategic role in market disruption, as well as identifying, establishing and cultivating new external marketplace partners to meet the needs of customers.

Commenting on her appointment, Suncorp managing director and CEO, Michael Cameron, said: "Pip is a highly-recognised leader in her field. She brings a wealth of international experience and has a strong track record of delivery...her strong leadership will be pivotal to the success of our marketplace, our third party relationships and the delivery of our customer strategy."
