Suncorp Group has announced that Vero New Zealand chief executive officer Gary Dransfield is moving back to Australia on an interim basis to replace departing Suncorp Life CEO Geoff Summerhayes, effective 1 October 2015. Dransfield will in turn be replaced by Paul Smeaton, Vero New Zealand's current EGM statutory claims, commercial insurance, who will commence as interim CEO of the New Zealand insurer on 14 September 2015.
