Statewide Super appoints Chief Risk Officer

Statewide Super (Statewide) has appointed Kieran Netting as chief risk officer (CRO) for the $7 billion fund, effective 13 February 2017.

Netting has more than 20 years' financial services experience and was previously head of operational risk for Standard Chartered Private Bank, based in Singapore. He has also held senior executive positions with NAB, CBA, Credit Suisse and Macquarie Bank.

Netting succeeds Elroy Todd who departed the role of CRO in December 2016.
