Shanghai economist joins AIOFP board

The Association of Independently Owned Financial Professionals (AIOFP) has confirmed to Industry Moves that Professor Sarath Delpachitra has joined its board as a non-executive director, effective immediately.

Delpachitra is an economist, based in Shanghai, and has previously worked with AIOFP to assist in establishing its Certified Financial Strategist program. Currently, he is the associate dean (international) and head of banking & finance at the Flinders Business School in Adelaide.

Joining him on the AIOFP board is Adrian Raftery and Halle Yilmaz, the first female to be appointed to the board in the association's history.
