Sequoia Financial Group promotes CFO

Sequoia Financial Group has promoted their head of finance, Lizzie Tan, to the role of chief financial officer.

Tan joined Sequoia from Yarra Capital Management in 2018, was vice president and head of finance at Legg Mason for more than nine years, and has held senior finance roles at AXA, ANZ, and Deloitte.

"We congratulate Lizzie on her well-deserved promotion to Chief Financial Officer," said Garry Crole, Managing Director & CEO of Sequoia Financial Group. "Lizzie has been an outstanding contributor to the company's improved financial performance and is a strong leader in change management."

In particular, Crole said that Tan's experience across finance, accounting, auditing, and corporate transactional roles will assist the group in growing in size and scope.
