Robeco appoints new Regional Sales Manager

Robeco Australia has appointed Sam Besley as a regional sales manager based in Melbourne for the company's growing retail business.

Besley will work alongside sales manager Matthew Young who is based in Robeco's Sydney office.

Previously, Besley was a key account manager at Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Prior to that he was a business development manager at Fidelity, and has worked at ANZ and AXA, as well as BNY Mellon.

Commenting on his appointment, head of Robeco Australia, Stephen Dennis, says the appointment of an additional sales person has long been anticipated as the business has achieved significant momentum since Robeco established an Australian office in 2012.

"We are delighted to welcome Sam to the team as he brings a wealth of local industry knowledge and experience. Sam will serve clients across Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania, allowing us to extend our footprint and bring our investment offerings, service and insights to more advisers."
