Risk advisory opens WA operation

MBS Insurance has announced that Jade Burford and Shane Reay have joined the group, establishing a new operation in Perth. The joint venture will be branded and marketed as MBS Insurance WA.

"This is a very exciting and significant development for our group and aspirations to have a national presence," said MBS partner Kris Mason.

"Jade and Shane are exceptional and passionate practitioners, and determined to position MBS Insurance WA as a leading presence in the state. Reay and Burford have extensive business and financial services backgrounds and insurance advisory experience. "We are both deeply passionate about risk insurance and the immense benefit it provides business owners, HNW families and career focused professionals," the pair said in a joint statement. "An imperative of any wealth creation, lifestyle protection, retirement, estate planning and commercial aspiration is a risk insurance foundation."

Reay joins from Integro Private Wealth where he had been a private wealth adviser since 2014.
