Rice Warner appoints Senior Consultant

Rice Warner has announced the appointment of Andrea McDonnell as a new senior consultant for the firm.

In this role, McDonnell will be responsible for providing advice to employers and superannuation funds regarding the design and financing of their death and disability benefits.

McDonnell has over 30 years' consulting experience in the insurance, superannuation and employee benefits industries.

She joined from Aon Hewitt Australia where she was the principal & client director, with responsibility for Aon's Group Risk (life) business.

A spokesperson for the firm said that McDonnell "will prove to be an invaluable asset to our growing consulting team, with her vast knowledge in the life insurance space, and will no doubt maintain our reputation for excellence, independence and thought leadership."
