Revolution Asset Management today has added Vicki Hartley and Bill Entwistle to the board as non-executive directors.

Hartley brings more than 30 years of financial service experience to the Revolution board.

She began her career in audit practice in London before moving into investment banking with roles in equity and derivatives markets.

More recently, Vicki held senior executive roles at Challenger Limited.

She is a former chief financial officer at Lendi and interim chief financial officer at Pollination Group.

She has held executive and non-executive director board roles for over 15 years and is currently chair of Dress for Success Sydney Inc.

Hartley has also had advisory roles with Western Sydney University on its finance and investment committee and NSW Aboriginal Land Council as chair of its finance committee.

Meanwhile, Entwistle has held several senior management roles at Ares Management Corporation, an alternative asset management firm headquartered in Los Angeles. He served as managing director of relationship management and strategy, overseeing Ares' institutional business in Australia and New Zealand.

Before his nearly ten years with Ares, he held senior roles at Credit Suisse, JP Morgan and Chase Manhattan Bank. Previously, he was the chief investment officer at Absolute Capital, an alternative credit investment management firm, where he led a team of seven investment professionals.

Revolution investment chief, Bob Sahota said the two new directors bring extensive experience and track records across various leadership roles in asset management, financial markets and regulation.

"I look forward to Vicki and Bill's valuable contribution and different perspectives that they will bring to the board and executive team to drive the future strategy,' he said.

Early last year, Steve Sutinen and Lucie Bielczykova joined the Revolution investment team in newly created roles alongside founders Bob Sahota, Simon Petris and David Saija.

The fund has committed capital of just over $2 billion from institutional, family office and wholesale investors.
