REST has appointed Beth Parkin to the newly-created role of general manager customer service.
Reporting to chief operating officer, Andrew Howard, Parkin will manage the operations services, insurance and technical teams at the $37b industry super fund. She will also work closely with REST's service providers Australian Administration Services Pty Limited and AIA Australia Limited, to implement initiatives that drive REST's future customer experience.
Parkin most recently held the position of executive general manager customer service at The Travel Corporation Australia and has held senior customer service roles in the telecommunications, digital and hospitality industries.
