Resolution Capital chair Bruce Coleman will retire at the end of the month. He has been a non-executive director and chair of the Resolution Capital board since 2007.

Coleman was the CEO of MLC Investment Management for eight years, ending in 2004, and has held directorships with MLC Limited, Lend Lease, and NAB. He was appointed as a non0executive director of Platinum Asset Management in April 2007 and of Platinum Capital in June 2004.
