Real estate fund manager announces promotions

Real estate fund manager EG has promoted Michael Noblet to fund manager for its EG Australian Core Enhance (ACE) and High-Income Sustainable Office Trust (HISOT) offerings. He is one of several people who have been promoted across the organisation's capital transactions and asset management teams.

"We have an outstanding Capital Transactions team at EG," said CEO Adam Geha. "They all have the relentless drive you need to succeed, especially in the challenging market we are currently in."

Noblet joined EG as a fund manager in 2017 and previously only looked after the HISOT fund. This is his second time with EG, as he previously spent four years with the organisation as a manager and associate director. He was also an assistant VP at Partners Group in London and held engineering and sustainability roles with Aurecon and infrastructure firm Beca.

Other moves in the firm include Aakriti Chona, who has been promoted to assistant fund manager of the ACE fund, and Will Clark and Pishoy Gobran taking on senior manager of capital transactions.
