QMV adds tech GM

Jonathan Clamp, formerly the country director for IP services company CPA Global has been named the general manager of technology for financial services consulting firm QMV.

In his new role, Clamp will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximise business growth.

Clamp will report to QMV MD Mark Vaughn. "Jonathan has a proven track record as a strategic thinker who is driven and able to apply innovative thinking to solve complex problems," said Vaughn. "He brings strong experience in strategic, business development, and sales in a number of highly dynamic market landscapes, to the new role."

Vaughn says the organisation has seen increased interest in QMV's data quality software, Investigate, for the value-add it provides to remediation, transition, and regulatory projects.

Clamp has a diverse background, starting his career as a solicitor in London and spending several years as an elected local councillor. He later spent several years in technology and operations roles with British Telecom (BT) before relocating to Australia and serving as a client relationship manager and director for King & Wood Mallesons.
