Promotion for Tribeca Portfolio Manager to CIO

Tribeca has appointed Chris Daily to the newly-created role of chief investment officer. Daily joined Tribeca in 2011 and is currently portfolio manager for the Tribeca Global Total Return Fund, a position he will retain.

In his role as CIO, Daily will work alongside David Aylward (managing director and portfolio manager), Sean Fenton (director and portfolio manager) and Kylie Osgood (director and chief operating officer).

Commenting on the appointment, Aylward said: "Chris' past experience, combined with his time at Tribeca as the lead portfolio manager of the Global Total Return Fund, means he is well placed to take on this new role."

Prior to joining Tribeca, Daily held a variety of leadership roles with Barclays Global Investors including global head of investment process - Global Market Strategies Group; Hedge Fund Management Group and Client Solutions.
