Boutique fund manager Prime Value Asset Management has appointed ex-MLC Asset Management specialist Phil Morgan as director of investor relations and capital raising.
The move is designed to boost Prime Value's profile among financial planners and dealer groups.
Morgan has been a wealth advisor and was most recently an investment specialist with MLC Asset Management. "Prime Value brings family-office calibre and stewardship to retail investment funds, and has runs on the board for consistency and innovation," said Morgan of his new employer.
"Philip is an outstanding addition to our team and will be important in developing our connection with financial advisors and dealer groups," said Prime Value chief Yak Yong Quek.
Prime Value is part of an investment group that includes Shakespeare Property Group and manages more than $2 billion across equities, income securities, direct property, and alternative investments.
