Powerwrap names interim Chair

Powerwrap has announced that Matthew Driscoll will step into the role of interim chair, following news that former chair, Maurice O'Shannassy, was not re-elected at the recent annual general meeting.

Driscoll has over 29 years' experience in the financial services industry, primarily in investment and capital markets. He was a founding director of Killara Resources Limited, an ASX listed minerals exploration company and has held roles with various financial institutions including: Hartleys Limited, William Noall Limited, Burdett Buckeridge and Young Limited, Westpac and ANZ McCaughan Securities Limited.

Driscoll will act in this role until a permanent replacement is found for O'Shannassy.
