Powerwrap Interim MD to step back from executive role

Independent platform provider, Powerwrap, has announced that interim managing director and board member, Chris Brant, will step back from executive responsibilities following news of the appointment of William Davidson as chief executive officer, effective 17 November 2017.

Brant was appointed as interim managing director in December 2016 following changes to the firm's management structure that saw the departure of former CEO, Cormac Heffernan.

Brant, who will assist Davidson as he transitions into the new role, will continue as a member of the Powerwrap board.

In acknowledging Brant's contribution, Powerwrap chair, Matthew Driscoll, said: "I would like to thank Chris for his critical support and leadership at a crucial time for the business. Powerwrap will continue to benefit from his knowledge and skills as a director."
