PM Capital appoints Head of Distribution

PM Capital has announced the appointment of Lachlan Cameron to the role of head of distribution.

Cameron will be responsible for the distribution of PM Capital's investment funds to their private, institutional and financial advisor clients.

He has 20 years' experience in financial services across banking, wealth management and investments at Deutsche Bank, ABN AMRO Asset Management and in his most recent role as head of wholesale sales at BT Investment Management.

Commenting on his new role, Cameron said: "PM Capital has an excellent investment process and a talented investment team headed by Paul Moore, using a philosophy tracing back 30 years. It doesn't follow the herd and that has produced strong returns since inception. In an industry so obsessed with benchmarks, it's refreshing to work in a business focused purely on returns for investors."

Cameron is joined by new head of marketing, James Walker.

PM Capital's CEO, Ben Skilbeck, said that these two new senior appointments reflect the firm's commitment to comprehensively serve their shareholders and unitholders.

Cameron replaces former head of distribution, Rob Thompson, who joined Insight Investments in February 2017.
