Perpetual Director joins ING's board

ING Australia has announced the appointment of Nancy Fox to its board, effective 3 May 2018.

Fox has 15 years' experience in board and executive roles for a range of financial, infrastructure and not-for-profit organisations.

From 2001 to 2011, she was managing director of Ambac Assurance Corporation, and from 1997 to 2001 she was managing director of ABN Amro Australia. Currently, she is an independent director on the Perpetual board - a role she has held since 2015 - and previously she was a member of the Kinetic Super board.

ING Australia chair, Michael Katz, said: "Ms Fox brings 30 years of finance, international business and risk management experience to the Board."
