Perpetual appoints internally for CFO

Perpetual has announced the internal appointment of Chris Green as chief financial officer (CFO), effective 15 October 2018. Green's appointment follows the departure of Gillian Larkins, who will commence as the ASX's new CFO on 29 October 2018.

Having joined Perpetual in 2006, Green stepped into his current role as group executive at Perpetual Corporate Trust in 2008.

Commenting on Green's promotion, Rob Adams, the firm's managing director and chief executive officer, said: "Chris is a seasoned Perpetual executive who deeply understands our strategy, our clients and our stakeholders. His appointment comes on the back of consistent strong growth in the business he has led for 10 years".
