IPAC Securities co-founder Peeyush Gupta has been appointed to the board of National Australia Bank as a non-executive director, effective November 2014.
He succeeds Geoff Tomlinson whose tenure ends in December 2014.
Gupta is currently a non-executive director of NAB subsidiary National Wealth Management Holdings.
Editor's note: In December 2014, Gupta was also appointed chair of MLC Limited, NAB's wealth management division, and remained in that role until the October 2016 announcement of the sale of 80% of MLC Limited to Nippon Life Insurance Company.
