Australian ESG research, engagement and advisory firm, Regnan, has announced that Pauline Vamos has resigned as CEO to "pursue other interests".
In a statement thanking Vamos for her "significant contribution to Regnan" the firm also announced that its board had "commenced a detailed strategic review to ensure the needs of Regnan's clients continue to be met, particularly in a changing superannuation environment."
Vamos joined Regnan in July 2017 after eight years as CEO of the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia (AFSA).
She will be replaced on an interim basis by Alison George, Regnan's head of policy, until the firm's strategic review is complete.
