Pauline Blight-Johnston has stepped down as managing director of RGA Reinsurance Company of Australia (RGA) to take up the role of director of wealth protection and mature products at AMP. Blight-Johnston joined RGA in 2007 and was previously chief financial officer and appointed actuary for Asteron Life.
