OneVue names new Chair

OneVue has announced the appointment of Ronald Dewhurst as its new chair, effective 24 November 2017.

Dewhurst joined OneVue's board in October 2016 and was previously the chair of Diversa, which was acquired by OneVue in late 2016.

He succeeds founding chair, Gail Pemberton, who is stepping down after ten years in the role.

Commenting on her time with the firm and Dewhurst's appointment, Pemberton said: "Having been with OneVue from the beginning, and through its ASX listing, consistent with the ASX's principles of good governance, with great confidence I now hand the baton to Ron Dewhurst. Ron and the other board members will help lead the company through the next stage of OneVue's growth journey."

Dewhurst added: "Gail has steered the company through significant transformation and we thank her for her invaluable and long term dedicated service. I look forward to helping the company in its exciting next phase."
