Nuveen promotes Marston

Nuveen has promoted Rick Marston to the head of Australian transactions.

Marston first joined the organisation in 2018 as head of asset management. He previously held a similar role at TH Real Estate and held investment analyst roles at AMP Capital, Invesco, Dexus, and Grosvenor.

Marston will report to Louise Kavanagh, who has been named to the dual role of head of funds management and CIO for Asia Pacific, overseeing the Nuveen real estate business.
