NSX adds director

The National Stock Exchange of Australia has appointed Tod McGrouther to the NSX Ltd board.

McGrouther has worked in the Australian corporate advisory industry since 1986, holding roles with Bankers Trust Australia and advising the State Bank of Victoria, the Bank of New Zealand, the State Bank of New South Wales, Commonwealth Bank, and Qantas.

As the director of the corporate finance department of Prudential Bache Securities, he completed a number of equity capital raising assignments for clients including Anaconda Nickel, Australian Goldfields, Sipa Resources, and Legend Mining.

NSX Director, Thomas Price, said that "Mr McGrouther's extensive experience in the Australian corporate advisory industry coupled with his legal background will add valuable input into NSX's business building initiatives and corporate governance and decision making capabilities. We are pleased to have been able to have Mr McGrouther join our company."
