Non-Executive Director departs Charter Hall

Charter Hall Group has announced that David Deverall will retire as non- executive director of the group's board, and chair of the group's audit risk & compliance committee, effective 26 February 2016.

After over four years with the firm, Deverall departs to take on the role of CEO for NSW Treasury Corporation (TCorp).

Previous to his stint with Charter Hall, Deverall spent seven years as chief executive of Perpetual, departing the role in 2011.

Charter Hall chair, David Clarke, expressed his sincere gratitude to Deverall for his contribution to the strategic direction, growth and strong corporate governance of the Group.
