HFA Holdings (HFA) has announced to the ASX that recently appointed chief financial officer and company secretary Henry Capra has resigned "due to personal circumstances". Capra's last day with HFA is 30 June 2016 however his resignation is effective immediately. He commenced in the role on 9 May 2016.

Amber Stoney, who was chief financial officer and company secretary prior to Capra's appointment, will resume these roles until HFA appoints a permanent replacement.

In the announcement, HFA said: "Whilst we regret that Mr Capra is unable to continue in his role, the HFA board is very appreciative that Ms Stoney is available and willing to resume her roles as chief financial officer and company secretary, particularly leading into the company's 2016 annual results period."

Before HFA, Capra's most recent executive role was as managing director and head of custody & fund services - Australian & New Zealand at J.P. Morgan, and prior to that he was COO of Blackrock Investment Management Australia, CFO and COO of AMP Capital Investors Limited and director and CFO of Colonial First State Investments.
