Challenger has appointed Andrew Lowe to the role of head of technical services to support its annuities business. Lowe will report to general manager, Advice Services, John Carnevale. Lowe joins Challenger from Asteron Life, part of the Suncorp Group, where he was a principal consultant. Before that he held senior technical roles at ANZ Wealth and ING.
