New head of research for SG Hiscock

Hamish Tadgell has been appointed head of research in the SGH20 concentrated equity team at SG Hiscock, reporting to portfolio manager Robert Hook. Tadgell has over 16 years' experience in institutional equity roles in Australia and the UK with JBWere and Goldman Sachs, and seven years in professional services.

In his last role at Goldman Sachs, as chief investment officer - Australia, global investment research, Tadgell was responsible for developing and managing the Australia and New Zealand GS SUSTAIN investment framework and Focus List. He also has nine years experience as a company and industry equities analyst across a number of sectors.
