Franklin Templeton appoints new head of distribution

Franklin Templeton has confirmed the appointment of Jim McKay as the firm's new head of distribution. McKay moves from his role as director advisory services and will now be responsible for sales across both the institutional and retail market segments, leading the combined distribution team of 11.

McKay has been with the firm for over four years and has also held senior institutional and retail distribution positions across the industry.
