New GM named for MLC Direct

MLC has appointed Vanessa Rowe, former head of MLC Advice, as general manager of MLC Direct. She replaces Greg Miller who moved into the permanent role of executive general manager, wealth advice at NAB Wealth in June 2015 after a period of acting in the role.

Rowe has 20 years' experience in the financial services industry in various disciplines including financial advice, risk management, superannuation and platforms. She joined MLC in 2004.

An MLC spokesperson confirmed that Nacole Lorschy is acting in Rowe's previous role until a permanent replacement has been found.
