New independent director for First Super

Former Victorian Government Minister Candy Broad has joined the board of First Super as an independent director. Broad is a current director of Women's Health Victoria and Hepburn Community Wind Farm. Broad's appointment takes to 12 the number of directors on the Board, increases the number of independent directors from one to two, and brings to four the number of women represented.
