COO named for Tasplan merger

Tasplan has confirmed that Nick Connor has joined the fund as chief operations officer (COO), effective 29 August 2016. His move comes as part of the official transfer of the RBF Tasmanian Accumulation Scheme to Tasplan, which takes effect March 2017.

In this role, Connor is responsible for the day-to-day operations activities of Tasplan encompassing all member and employer functions including financial planning, corporate and member IT systems and member administration.

Connor has over 25 years' management experience in the Tasmanian financial services industry and was previously the COO at RBF.

Tasplan's executive team now consists of: Ian Lundy, chief investment officer; Ningning Lyons, chief financial officer; Keryn Welch, executive manager, strategy; Greg Hanigan, executive manager, governance, risk & compliance; Lisa Free, executive manager, brand & marketing; and Robyn Judd, executive manager, people & culture.
