Aurora Funds Management CFO comes from energy sector

Mark Briglia has been named as the new chief financial officer for Aurora Funds Management. He replaces Adrian Tilley, who left the organisation to take up a role in his family business in Gippsland.

Briglia brings a diverse set of experiences to Aurora. He was most recently the acting CFO for the Australian Energy Market Operator, which is responsible for operating Australia's largest gas and electricity markets and power systems. He also held finance and executive roles at security provider Tyco both in Australia and in the UK.

Aurora says that, in addition to his CFO duties, Briglia will hold a seat on the company's internal compliance committee.
