New board member for Australian Catholic Super

Australian Catholic Super has appointed Marie-dominique O'Connell to its board, effective February 2017.

O'Connell commenced her career working for KPMG in the firm's auditing division. From 2009 to date, she has held a number of positions within the Finance, Planning and School Resources Directorate of Catholic Education Western Australia.

She has experience in budgeting, management reporting and financial reporting. In addition, she is responsible for a number of governance and compliance related matters in her current role in Catholic Education. She is also the director and treasurer for Cahoots, a community organisation providing camping programs for children and young people living with a disability.

O'Connell replaces outgoing director, Neil Anderton.

Commenting on the changes, CEO, Greg Cantor, said: "We thank Neil for his loyal service and dedication to the members and employers over a period of 28 years in a range of positions at the Fund. Marie-dominique is a welcome addition to the Board".
