New board director for Media Super

Matthew Deaner has been appointed to the board of Media Super as an employer-representative director, nominated by Screen Producers Australia.

Deaner joined Screen Producers Australia as CEO in 2012 and before that was manager of strategy and research at Screen Australia. He has also previously worked as a manager of legal, policy & industry development at the Australian Subscription Television & Radio Association, as a business development manager at IF Media, and as a lawyer at Minter Ellison.
